BBQ Chicken Drumsticks and Thighs

The BBQ sauce
Instructions
- If marinating, combine soy sauce and spices, drizzle over chicken, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to overnight.
- If not marinating, sprinkle spices on both sides of the chicken and rub in.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (375-400°F) and ensure the grates are clean and oiled.
- Place the seasoned chicken on the grill.
- Grill drumsticks for 10-15 minutes on each side, bone-in thighs for 7-10 minutes on each side, and boneless thighs for 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Brush BBQ sauce on the chicken during the last few minutes of cooking and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for at least 15 minutes before serving.
