Instructions
- 1. Clean the grill grates with an oiled paper towel and preheat the grill to medium-high.
- 2. Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels.
- 3. Brush both sides of each drumstick with olive oil.
- 4. Mix the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder in a small bowl, then season the drumsticks on both sides.
- 5. For fast grilling, place drumsticks over direct heat and cook for about 25 minutes, flipping every 5-7 minutes until they reach 170°F (77°C). For crispier skin, use indirect heat and cook for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
- 6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest uncovered for 5-10 minutes before serving.
