Instructions
- Preheat the grill to 425ºF.
- Mix all the spices together in a small bowl to create the dry rub.
- Coat each chicken leg with 1-2 teaspoons of dry rub, ensuring full coverage.
- Spray grill grates with nonstick cooking spray or rub with olive oil.
- Grill the chicken legs over direct heat for 15-20 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 160ºF – 165ºF.
- Remove the chicken legs from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve the chicken legs as is or with BBQ sauce.
