Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425ºF and prepare a wire rack on a baking sheet.
- Spray the wire rack with non-stick cooking spray and pour ¼ cup of water onto the baking sheet to prevent burning.
- Coat each chicken leg in the seasoning mixture until fully covered.
- Place the chicken legs on the wire rack and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
- Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
