Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add olive oil to the spice mixture and blend well.
- Allow chicken legs to come to room temperature.
- Coat the chicken legs with the seasoning oil mixture using a brush or your hands.
- Place the chicken legs in a single layer on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 30 minutes on the middle rack.
