Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Place the chicken legs in a large bowl and coat them with the marinade.
- Transfer the chicken legs onto the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
