Oven Roasted Chicken Legs

The seasoning

butter (room temperature)

lemon pepper seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F and prepare a casserole dish with non-stick spray.
- Pat the chicken dry and smear butter over the skin.
- Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on both sides of the chicken.
- Place the chicken in the casserole dish and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for one hour at 300°F, basting halfway through.
- After an hour, remove the foil, baste again, and increase the temperature to 425°F.
- Bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until the skin is browned to your liking.
- Serve with the juices spooned over the chicken.
