Simple Honey Baked Chicken Legs

Ingredients

The chicken

  • 2 lbs bone-in skin-on chicken legs

The sauce

  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 1 ½ teaspoons curry powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  2. Place chicken legs in a greased shallow baking pan skin side up.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat.
  5. Bake for 1 to 1.5 hours, checking occasionally.
