The stir-fry sauce

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp of sesame oil.
- Add the ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it into small chunks, and cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, chop the broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper.
- Mix all the stir fry sauce ingredients in a small bowl or jar.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the remaining 1 tbsp of sesame oil and the chopped veggies to the skillet.
- Sauté the veggies for 4-5 minutes until they start to soften.
- Whisk the stir fry sauce and pour it over the chicken and veggies, mixing to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken, then serve.
