Garlic Chicken Wings

The chicken

Instructions
- Crush garlic with salt in a mortar and pestle until it forms a paste, then mix in oregano.
- Combine garlic paste, olive oil, orange juice, lime juice, and ¼ cup of honey in a bowl or bag.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with the marinade and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and place marinated chicken on a baking sheet with the marinade.
- Drizzle the chicken with ⅛ cup of honey and bake for 30 minutes.
- Add the remaining ⅛ cup of honey and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until sticky and golden.
- Toss chicken in the reduced marinade and serve garnished with lime zest, scallions, and lime wedges.
