Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×5 loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix well.
- In a blender, combine all the wet ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool completely before slicing.
