  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp gluten-free flour
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup

Topping Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup gluten-free flour
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • cup coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the apples and blueberries with cinnamon, flour, and maple syrup, and stir to coat.
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture to a 9x13 inch pan.
  4. In the same bowl, mix together the oats, flour, shredded coconut, cinnamon, and salt for the topping.
  5. Stir in the maple syrup and coconut oil into the topping mixture.
  6. Dollop the topping over the fruit mixture in the pan.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is brown and the apples are soft, covering with foil if needed.
  8. Cool on a wire rack and serve warm or cold.
