Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, blueberries, flour, honey, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt, and gently toss to coat the fruit.
- Pour the fruit mixture into a 9"x9" baking dish or an 11" skillet.
- In a medium bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and butter until crumbly.
- Evenly sprinkle the crumble topping over the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is browned and the fruit filling is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and serve, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
