Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Butter a 3-quart baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine sliced apples with lemon juice, sugar, flour, and cinnamon, then toss to coat.
- Add blueberries to the apple mixture and toss lightly.
- Transfer the fruit mixture to the prepared baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, pecans, cinnamon, salt, and butter until clumps form.
- Spread the crumble topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes until the topping is browned and the fruit is bubbling.
- Serve hot with ice cream or at room temperature.
