Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease an 11” oval baking dish.
- Prepare the apple filling by mixing apple cubes, maple sugar, gluten free flour, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl, then add lemon juice and toss.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- For the crumble topping, mix rolled oats, gluten free flour, maple sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl, then stir in melted butter until crumbly.
- Crumble the topping over the apple filling evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden on top, then let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
