Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9x11 baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Mix the thinly sliced apples with coconut sugar, cinnamon, and flour in a bowl.
- Pour the apple mixture into the baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, flour, coconut sugar, nuts, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and melted butter, stirring until well mixed.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the apple mixture.
