Slow Cooker Chicken Marsala

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts and place them in the slow cooker.
- Add garlic, shallots, chicken broth, marsala wine, and mushrooms to the cooker.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to thicken the sauce.
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the slow cooker and sprinkle parsley throughout.
- Adjust the heat to high and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve the dish.
