Healthy Fudgy Avocado Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips and butter in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Transfer the melted mixture to a food processor, add sugar and avocado, and process until fully combined.
- Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then add eggs and vanilla, processing for 30 seconds.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and salt, processing briefly until just combined.
- Fold in chopped walnuts by hand.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared pan, smooth the top, and sprinkle with flaky salt if desired.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the middle is just set. Let cool for 20 minutes before slicing.
