Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325º F and line an 8" square baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2. Set up a double boiler and combine the butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and salt in a heat-proof bowl over simmering water.
- 3. Stir until melted and warm, then let it cool slightly.
- 4. Stir in the vanilla extract and add the eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
- 5. Add the flour and stir until fully incorporated.
- 6. Spread the thick batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- 7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, checking with a toothpick for doneness.
- 8. Let cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
