Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or over a pot of boiling water.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, mix the eggs, brown sugar, and melted coconut oil until combined.
- Add the water and vanilla extract to the wet mixture, then combine with the dry ingredients and melted chocolate.
- Stir in the unmelted chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased or lined 8x8 square pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes, then allow to cool completely in the pan.
