Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring until fully melted.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flax eggs, sugar, and oil until combined, then add the water and vanilla extract.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture and melted chocolate chips, stirring until well mixed.
- Stir in the unmelted chocolate chips and pour the mixture into a greased 8x8 square pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing.
