Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper or oil.
- In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, coconut sugar, almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, stir together the almond flour, cocoa powder, and sea salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients, stirring until fully mixed.
- Add mini chocolate chips if desired, reserving some for topping.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish, sprinkle with extra chocolate chips, and bake for 14-16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before serving and store on the counter or in the fridge.
