Fudgy Chocolate Chunk Avocado Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and grease an 8×8" baking dish.
- In a food processor or blender, combine the avocado, banana, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- In a large bowl, mix the eggs, coconut flour, cocoa powder, sea salt, baking soda, and the blended avocado mixture.
- Blend all ingredients together until well mixed using a hand mixer.
- Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and sprinkle chocolate chips over the top.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until set through.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into 9 squares and enjoy.
