Fudgy Avocado Blender Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8x8 glass baking dish.
- In a high-speed blender, blend the avocado and eggs until smooth and creamy.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend well.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle.
- Let the brownies sit for 15-20 minutes before cutting.
