Flourless Avocado Brownies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325ºF and prepare an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, combine the avocado, cacao powder, eggs, coconut sugar, almond butter, baking powder, vanilla, and salt. Process until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set and doesn't jiggle.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing.
