Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Melt the butter and chocolate using a double boiler and let it cool slightly.
- Blend the avocado, eggs, and vanilla until smooth, then add the melted butter and chocolate and blend again.
- In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, and sweetener together.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently without overmixing.
- Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for about 20-30 minutes until the brownies are barely set and still soft.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
