Ingredients

  • ½ cup Unsalted butter
  • 6 oz Sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 large Eggs (whisked)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Besti Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
  • ¾ cup Wholesome Yum Blanched Almond Flour
  • ¼ cup Dutch processed cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate using a double boiler and let it cool slightly.
  3. Blend the avocado, eggs, and vanilla until smooth, then add the melted butter and chocolate and blend again.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, cocoa powder, and sweetener together.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently without overmixing.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for about 20-30 minutes until the brownies are barely set and still soft.
  8. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
