Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
- Melt the butter with half the chocolate on medium heat until warm and combined, then whisk until glossy.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy.
- Slowly add the chocolate and butter mixture to the eggs while mixing.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until a thick batter forms, then fold in the remaining chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake for 14-18 minutes.
- Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for 20 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
