Instructions
- Pulse macadamia nuts, salt, and baking soda in a food processor until gravel-like.
- Add chocolate and coconut oil, then pulse until smooth.
- Mix in erythritol, eggs, and stevia until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 22-27 minutes until set.
- Cool for 1 hour before serving.
