Ingredients

  • 1 cup macadamia nuts
  • ¼ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 ounces 100% dark chocolate, chopped
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla stevia

Instructions

  1. Pulse macadamia nuts, salt, and baking soda in a food processor until gravel-like.
  2. Add chocolate and coconut oil, then pulse until smooth.
  3. Mix in erythritol, eggs, and stevia until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 22-27 minutes until set.
  6. Cool for 1 hour before serving.
