Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9x9 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the egg.
- Add the nut butter, coconut sugar, vanilla, baking soda, and sea salt, and mix to combine.
- Gradually add the cacao powder, mixing until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until slightly underdone and squishy.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting into squares.
