Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Chop the veggies and apples, and slice the chicken sausage.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, dijon mustard, garlic, and onion powder.
- Spread the chicken sausage, veggies, and apples on a large baking sheet and drizzle with the maple mustard glaze.
- Toss everything together, season with salt and pepper, and roast in the oven for 30 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
