Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies

Instructions
- Arrange oven racks near the center of the oven and preheat to 425°F.
- Lightly grease two baking sheets with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, mix together the rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the sausage, potatoes, and zucchini.
- In another large bowl, combine the chopped onion and bell peppers.
- Drizzle both bowls with half of the olive oil and half of the spice mixture, then mix well.
- Pour half of the contents of each bowl onto both trays and mix to distribute evenly.
- Spread the mixture in a mostly single layer on the trays.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, swapping trays halfway through, until veggies are tender and sausage is cooked.
- Serve and enjoy!
