Sheet Pan Sausage and Potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Arrange the sausage, potatoes, and bell peppers on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, then toss to coat.
- Roast for 25-35 minutes, stirring halfway, until the potatoes are fork tender and everything is lightly browned.
