One Pan Roasted Potatoes, Sausage and Peppers

Instructions
- Cut the potatoes into small 1" x ½" pieces for even cooking.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Spray a large non-stick baking sheet with olive oil spray.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, onions, peppers, olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic powder; mix well.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Toss the mixture to prevent sticking, then add the sliced sausage.
- Continue baking for 25-35 minutes, tossing occasionally, until the potatoes are cooked through.
