One Pan Roasted Potatoes and Sausage

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Clean and quarter the red potatoes and set aside.
- Roughly chop the onion and set aside.
- Slice the sausage into ½ inch coins and set aside.
- Wash the asparagus, trim the ends, and cut into 2 inch pieces.
- In a small bowl, combine the carrots and potatoes, drizzle half of the olive oil over them, and sprinkle with seasonings. Coat well.
- Spread the carrots and potatoes on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, push the vegetables to one side of the pan.
- In the same bowl, add asparagus, onion, and sausage with the remaining olive oil and seasonings. Coat well.
- Add the new mixture to the baking sheet and mix everything together.
- Roast for another 10-15 minutes until everything is cooked through.
