Sheet Pan Turkey Sausage Potato and Pepper Hash

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, toss the potatoes and onions with olive oil, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, add the sausage and bell peppers, and toss everything together.
- Return to the oven and roast for an additional 15 minutes until the peppers are tender.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.
