Italian Sausage Sheet Pan Dinner

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Cut each sausage into 4 pieces and place them on the baking sheet.
- Add the sliced onion, zucchini, peppers, and mushrooms to the baking sheet and toss to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian seasoning, garlic, olive oil, salt, and red pepper flakes.
- Drizzle the seasoning mixture over the vegetables and toss to coat.
- Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
