Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the sausage, bell peppers, and onions on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar, then sprinkle with garlic, salt, basil, oregano, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss to combine and arrange in a single layer.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes, tossing once halfway through, until the peppers are tender.
- Remove from the oven and serve hot.
