Instructions
- 1. Char the bell peppers directly on a high gas burner, rotating them occasionally.
- 2. Once charred, place the peppers in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap for at least an hour to steam.
- 3. After steaming, peel the skins off the peppers, remove the tops, seeds, and inner ribs.
- 4. Slice the peppers and toss them with salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar to taste.
