Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and maple syrup together in 20-second intervals until smooth.
- Mix the melted peanut butter and syrup into the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking tray and bake for 13-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, stir again, and let it cool completely before adding your chosen mix-ins.
