Ingredients

The granola base

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey

Mix-ins

  • 1 cup mix-ins of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats and protein powder.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and maple syrup together in 20-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Mix the melted peanut butter and syrup into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking tray and bake for 13-15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven, stir again, and let it cool completely before adding your chosen mix-ins.
