Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats and peanuts.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the peanut butter and maple syrup until warm, then whisk until combined.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oat mixture and mix well.
- Spread the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven, mix again to break up large pieces, allow to cool completely, then fold in your chosen mix-ins.
