Healthy Granola

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, coconut, pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until lightly golden, stirring halfway through.
- Continue baking for another 5 to 8 minutes until slightly more golden, but do not exceed 30 minutes.
- Allow the granola to cool completely on the pan before removing.
- If desired, stir in any dried fruit after baking.
- Break the granola into smaller pieces and store in an airtight container.
