Protein Granola Bars

honey or brown rice syrup

Instructions
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats and protein powder.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and honey, then whisk until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and stir in chocolate chips if using.
- Transfer the mixture to the pan and press down until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour, then slice into bars.
