Protein Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • cups protein powder
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup honey or brown rice syrup
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the rolled oats and protein powder.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the peanut butter and honey, then whisk until smooth.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and stir in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the pan and press down until smooth.
  6. Refrigerate for at least an hour, then slice into bars.
