Ingredients

The pudding mixture

  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding (4-serving size)
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

The layers

  • 2-3 pieces ripe bananas
  • Nilla Wafer cookies
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine pudding mix, cold water, and sweetened condensed milk in a bowl and mix well; chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Whip 1 cup of whipping cream in another bowl until soft peaks form, then gently fold it into the pudding mixture.
  3. Slice the bananas into ¼-inch slices.
  4. In 8-ounce jars, layer ¼ cup of pudding mixture at the bottom, followed by 3-4 Nilla wafers, some banana slices, and another ¼ cup of pudding.
  5. Top with more Nilla wafers and additional banana slices if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, whip the remaining pint of whipped cream with powdered sugar and dollop it on top of the puddings, garnishing with 1-2 Nilla wafers.
