Chocolate Aquafaba Mousse

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler until smooth, then let cool for 20 minutes.
- Whip the aquafaba and cream of tartar together in a stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
- With the mixer running, gradually pour in the melted chocolate and mix until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into small glass jars and smooth the tops.
- Chill the mousse in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
