Chocolate Aquafaba Mousse

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup aquafaba
  • ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler until smooth, then let cool for 20 minutes.
  2. Whip the aquafaba and cream of tartar together in a stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
  3. With the mixer running, gradually pour in the melted chocolate and mix until combined.
  4. Spoon the mixture into small glass jars and smooth the tops.
  5. Chill the mousse in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
