Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold skim milk until combined.
- Spoon some pudding into each popsicle mold to create an initial layer and press down.
- Add a couple of banana slices and pieces of Nilla Wafers on top of the pudding layer.
- Cover the banana and wafer layer with more pudding, ensuring it fills all gaps.
- Repeat the banana and wafer layer, then finish with the remaining pudding to fill the molds.
- Place the molds in the freezer for several hours or overnight until frozen.
