Ingredients

The pudding mixture

  • 1 box Sugar Free Banana Cream Instant Pudding Mix
  • 2 cups cold skim milk

The filling

  • 1 medium banana, sliced into thin rounds
  • 10 pieces Nilla Wafers, broken into large pieces

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold skim milk until combined.
  2. Spoon some pudding into each popsicle mold to create an initial layer and press down.
  3. Add a couple of banana slices and pieces of Nilla Wafers on top of the pudding layer.
  4. Cover the banana and wafer layer with more pudding, ensuring it fills all gaps.
  5. Repeat the banana and wafer layer, then finish with the remaining pudding to fill the molds.
  6. Place the molds in the freezer for several hours or overnight until frozen.
