Homemade Pudding Pops
Ingredients
The pudding base

The chocolate

chopped semisweet chocolate

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together sugar, cornstarch, and salt.
- Slowly pour in milk while whisking continuously to prevent lumps.
- Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, whisking occasionally, until it thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon.
- Stir in the chocolate and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes until fully incorporated.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla, and strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer.
- Allow the pudding to cool for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Pour the pudding into popsicle molds, cover, add sticks, and freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.
- Run the mold under warm water to loosen the popsicles and gently remove them from the mold.
