Ingredients

The pudding

  • 1 box sugar free, fat free chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold skim milk

The raspberry layer

  • 12 oz fresh raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk and pudding mix until smooth.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for a few minutes to thicken slightly.
  3. Puree the raspberries in a blender and mix in the powdered sugar.
  4. Layer the pudding and raspberry mixtures into popsicle molds.
  5. Freeze for several hours, preferably overnight, until solid.
