Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in the diced red bell pepper and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Reduce the heat to medium and add the cauliflower risotto, broccoli florets, water, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Cover the skillet and cook for 8 minutes.
