Vegan BLT Sandwich

Instructions
- Slice the tempeh thinly to help it crisp up.
- Steam the tempeh for about 10 minutes to remove bitterness and enhance flavor absorption.
- Mix liquid smoke, maple syrup, tamari, and smoked paprika in a bowl and marinate the steamed tempeh for 2 hours to overnight.
- Heat coconut oil in a pan and cook the marinated tempeh bacon for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Spread vegan mayonnaise on both slices of bread.
- Assemble the sandwich with bread, tempeh bacon, lettuce, tomato, and top with another slice of bread.
