Instructions

- If making homemade vegan ranch, prepare it at this time.
- If using homemade croutons, prepare them now.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine, quartered cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, diced avocado, and sliced red onion.
- Pour the vegan ranch dressing over the salad and toss to combine, adding more dressing if desired.
