The toppings

  • 1 batch tempeh bacon
  • ⅔-¾ cup vegan ranch dressing

Optional

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tempeh bacon according to the recipe or package instructions and crumble it into pieces.
  2. If making homemade vegan ranch, prepare it at this time.
  3. If using homemade croutons, prepare them now.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped romaine, quartered cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, diced avocado, and sliced red onion.
  5. Pour the vegan ranch dressing over the salad and toss to combine, adding more dressing if desired.
